KC BANCS is a new project and the teams and groups are still "in progress." For now, we see our organization in to four teams:

• Operations Team - this is a group of staff who are responsible for moving forward the work of KC BANCS on a day-to-day basis. The Operations Team meets weekly.
• Development Team - this is a group of 8-10 individuals who meet monthly. This is an initial team and will likely become the leadership team. The work of the Development Team is to gain traction for the project.
• Leadership Team - this group will be composed of individuals at partner organizations and as well as UMKC, students, and veterans, and will provide direction to KC BANCS and also contribute to the project.
• Alliance - this is the largest group associated with KC BANCS. It will meet quarterly and is comprised of our partners who are helping to build a system for new careers in STEM.
